Take a look at our workprocess
ICE-CLEANING
All our machines are first of all totally dismantled in order to be cleaned through dry ice.
This is a revolutionary process in the cleaning field which is totally environmentally safe and which consists
of the projection of dry ice pellets (-80°) that leave the surfaces of the different components without damage.
All the protection guards are dipped and re-sprayed in a special powder paint. The housings are cleaned, sanded down
and re-sprayed in the original manufacturers paint as well as all the footboards which are sand blasted and re-sprayed
in a polyurethane paint.
REFURBISHING
After Cleaning, the machines are then re-assembled. The main components are checked and changed if necessary with original Heidelberg: Chains, grippers,
bearings, pinions, Clamps, rollers, cylinders, air, oil, dampening circuit ...
- All the water and air tubes and pipes are changed
- All the spare parts that have been dismantled are cleaned, checked and changed if imperfect with an original HEIDELBERG part.
- All the compressors, turbines and motors are opened to be checked and overhauled if necessary
- All the inking and dampening rollers are systematically changed with new rollers of the brand Westland or Sauer
REASSEMBLING, PRINT TEST and DELIVERY
The machines are then totally re-assembled in order to be tested. We adjust all the inking and dampening rollers and let the
paper pass through the machine in order to check that the paper transfer is OK.
A final and complete adjustment of the machine is then carried out and print tests are executed with a test form which is
specially created for this purpose, or whatever the customer desires
The machines are now ready to be delivered. Then they are dismantled and packed onto specials pallets and rust protected if
the machine is delivered overseas.
